| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver-yang with tiaoganjiangya decoction,which could suppress hyperactive liver and subside yang,besides,relief liver for smooth Qi.Methods:Accroding to randomized and controlled design technique, dividing the 60 patients who met the criteria into treatment group and control group, each group was 30 cases. The treatment cycle of two groups were both 12 weeks. The control group was received western medicine treatment simplily,the other taked tiaoganjiangya decoction on the basis of it.Results : 1.The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of two groups were decreased after the treatment,but the treatment group was significantly better than the other,and their total effective rate were86.67%?66.67%,so in the antihypertensive efficiency,the treatment group was clearly higher than the control group.2.In the total number and rate of patients whose blood pressure were up to the scratch,the treatment group was significantly better than the other in both aspects.And the treatment group was striking shorter in the compliance time of blood pressure.3. After the treatment,both groups' 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring were improved in different degree,but the treatment group was observably better.4.To compare the total efficiency of TCM syndrome and every symptoms of two groups,the treatment group was evidently better.5.Compared the blood lipid levels of two groups before and after the treatment,except the treatment group was significantly improved in TG,other indicators were no statistical differences totally.Conclusion : For the patients with liver-yang hyperactivity type hypertension,tiaoganjiangya decoction has good antihypertensive effect,and it is also good for relieving the painful symptoms of the patients availably.It has the safety,reliability and other advantages,and worth applying to clinical treatment. |
