Research Of Hyperactivity Of Liver-Yang Syndrome In Hypertension Based On ~1H-NMR Metabonomics And Intervention Mechanism Of Pingganjiangya Decoction

The study is funded from the National Natural Science Foundation of the subject "Research of Metabolic Mechanism of Pinggan Prescription Interventing Hypertensive Hyperactivity of Liver-Yang Syndrome (No:30772865) "and the New Century Excellent Researcher Award Program from Ministry of Education of China.Objective:To preliminary study the plasma characteristic metabolites of patients with hyperactivity of Liver-Yang Sydrome in hypertension, to further study on substance of syndrome of hyperactivity of Liver-Yang sydrome in hypertension.Simultaneously, to evaluate the effects and security of Pingganjiangya Decoction treating hyperactivity of Liver-Yang syndrome in hypertension, with the hope of providing a theoretical basis for Pingganjiangya Decoction treating hyperactivity of Liver-Yang syndrome in hypertension. Methods:In the experiment study, we adopted 1H-NMR to detect plasma of patients with hyperactivity of Liver-Yang Sydrome in hypertension and normal plasma, then to record the chromatograms and to look for characteristic metabolite.In the clinical study,70 cases of patients with hyperactivity of Liver-Yang Sydrome in hypertension were divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases) by stratifid random method. The treatment group was treated by Pingganjiangya Decoction, while the control group was treated only by Nuhuangjiangya Pill. Four weeks was a course of treatment. To observe curative effect and the adverse reaction.Results:There were obvious differences in spectrum of plasma of patients with hyperactivity of Liver-Yang Sydrome in hypertension and normal plasma. Part of amino acids metabolism and glycometabolism were significantly different from the healthy volunteers. The anti hypertensive effects of the treatment group ovas beffer than of the controlled group. It could improve syndrom correct metabolic disorder without apparent adverse reactions. Conclusions:Tyrosine and glucose may be used as markers of hyperactivity of Liver-Yang Syndrome in hypertension. And it provides the scientific bases for revealing syndrome essence hyperactivity of Liver-Yang Sydrome. Pingganjiangya Decoction has good effect in treating hyperactivity of Liver-Yang Sydrome in hypertension and has no adverse reactions.
