| Objective:Through the Peibenguyuan paste and proprietary Chinese medicine(huanshao capsule,etc.) treatment of kidney and blood stasis' s Oligomenorrhea's comparison,to discuss mechanism of action,which can provide more effective and reliable for clinical treatmentMethods::62cases of deficiency of the kidney and blood stasis' s oligomenorrhea are divided into : the treatment group(31 cases, with Peibenguyuan paste) and the control group(31cases, given compound Huanshao capsule, liuweidihuangruan capsule, maixuekang capsule),To observe the differences between the two groups before and after treatment patients with clinical symptoms, signs, endometrial thickness, serum sex hormones, blood rheology, the improvement of the growth period of pregnancies of women.Results: The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%,however,the control group was 80.65%,which were remarkable differences(P < 0.05)between the two sets; Menstrual quantity increased rate were 64.51% and 41.94% respectively;In improving symptoms of TCM, especially in menstrual quantity, the color and the quality, soreness of waist and knees, distending pain in abdomen,etc, the comparison of two groups had significant difference(P<0.05); In terms of improving the endometrial thickness,serum sex hormone, blood rheology, there were remarkable differences(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Tonifying kidney and removing stasis are important principle in treatment of the disease, paste as a kind of traditional compound preparations, according to the principle of dialectical symptoms, which can tonify kidney Yin and Yang, and five zang-organs, and qi and blood, to achieve the body balance of Yin and Yang [2]. To adopt Peibenguyuan paste can effectively increase the patient's menstrual quantity, the color, ect,as well as drug safety, efficacy significantly. |
