Meta Analysis And Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Unexplained Oligomenorrhea By Tonifying The Kidney And Promoting Blood Circulation

Objective: Meta analysis was used to evaluate the effect of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of unexplained oligomenorrhea.To observe the effect of tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation on menstrual volume,endometrial thickness,morphology,TCM syndrome score of patients with unexplained oligomenorrhea,and to evaluate the clinical effect of tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation on unexplained oligomenorrhea.Methods:(1)CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,China clinical trial registration center,CBM.The retrieval period is from January 2010 to December 2019,and the quality evaluation and data extraction are carried out for the included literature,and the data analysis is carried out with Revman 5.3 software.(2)From November 2018 to October 2019,69 patients with unexplained oligomenorrhea and kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(37 cases)and control group(32 cases).The treatment group was given self made prescription for tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation,while the control group was given estradiol valerate tablets and Diqu progesterone tablets sequential therapy.Observe the difference of menstrual volume,endometrial thickness morphology,TCM syndrome score between the two groups,and compare the difference of clinical comprehensive effect between the two groups.Result:(1)The Meta analysis showed that the total effective rate of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation was better than that of western medicine group(RR=1.13,95% CI:1.06-1.20),TCM syndrome was better than that of western medicine group(MDRR=-7.41,95% CI:-7.68--7.14),and the method of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation the21-22 th day of menstruation was better than that of western medicine group(MDRR=1.13,95% CI:0.39-1.87).(2)Menstrual volume: after treatment,the menstrual volume of the two groups increased significantly(P < 0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).TCM syndrome score: after treatment,TCM syndrome score of the two groups were improved,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Endometrial thickness: after treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups was thicker than before,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The comparison between the two groups suggested that there was no significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups(P >0.05).Endometrial morphology: after treatment,the endometrial morphology of the treatment group was better than before,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the control group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Clinical effect: the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation can effectively improve the condition of menorrhagia in patients with low adverse reactions,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.2.The method of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation has a significant effect on the treatment of unexplained oligomenorrhea,which can significantly improve the menstrual volume,TCM symptoms endometrial thickness,morphology.
