Related Factors Analysis Of Hip Revision

Objective: To investigate the initial hip replacement surgery failed mainly due to the renovation and related factors for hip replacement surgery,in the future to effectively avoid false early body fails to provide a theoretical basis, while providing assurance to improve the quality of life and life expectancy of patients with prosthesis.Methods: randomly selected from March 2012 to June 2015 in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Shandong Province Chinese Medicine Hospital) joint orthopedic hospitalized patients undergoing hip arthroplasty in 85 cases, a total of 85 hips, clinical data were collected and analyzed, all data are used SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis.Results: 85 cases of patients with hip arthroplasty revision causes and sex, primary disease, primary arthroplasty age, life prosthesis, fixed prosthesis type and location, etc. primary arthroplasty were statistically significant(P> 0.05); primary arthroplasty age and gender, primary disease, the type of prosthesis, which are statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion: aseptic loosening of prosthetic hip arthroplasty is a major factor, followed by hip arthroplasty infection and dislocation after; the average life of the prosthesis 6.87 years, the shortest life expectancy of one month, the most. long life of 28.2 years...
