Objective: to study the surgical methods treatment of infection after total hipreplacement, compare the two operation method: debridement、one-stage revision hipreplacement, focus on their surgery advantages, disadvantages、indications and curativeeffect. Methods: retrospective analysis of47cases of postoperative infection after hiparthroplasty with surgical treatment,21in47cases using debridement,24in47casesusing one-stage revision hip replacement,2in47cases using two-stage revision hipreplacement. Compare the clinical indicators of debridement and one-stage revision hipreplacement groups. Results: erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, Harrisscoring in before and after operation have significant difference(P<0.05). Operativetime,bleeding volume, postoperative began to activity of time, postoperativehospitalization time, postoperative infection recurrence rate have significant differencesbetween two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: two kinds of surgeries both have significantcurative effect. Compared to debridement and one-stage revision hip replacement, inoperative time, bleeding volume debridement has advantages; But in postoperative beganto activity of time, postoperative hospitalization time, postoperative infection recurrencerate one-stage revision hip replacement has obvious advantages.
