The Efficacy Observation On Treating Senile Coronary Heart Disease With Regulating Yin And Yang

Objective: It is the clinical effect observation on treating the elderly unstable angina of yin and yang deficiency with regulating yin and yang, to explore its mechanism, verify its feasibility, and provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods: In this study, using randomized, single blind and controlled method, 60 cases of elderly will meet the standard in patients with unstable angina were divided into treatment group and control group. Each group of 30 cases. Control group was given conventional western medicine treatment(antiplatelet, crown expansion, lipid, control the rhythm of the heart).treatment group on the basis of routine western medicine and Erxian Tonga subtraction. The treatment group was treated with modified Erxiantang Decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine.4weeks later, We observed the changes of of TCM clinical symptoms, blood lipid levels(total cholesterol, glycerin three greases, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein), blood viscosity(high shear whole blood viscosity, whole blood viscosity in cutting, whole blood viscosity at low shear, myocardial ischemia total load and no adverse reaction before and after treatment. Using statistical software, the differences between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results: There were no significant differences in the two groups in terms of age, sex, and combined disease(P > 0.05). Curative effect, compared with the control group, treatment group can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce blood lipid levels, reduce blood viscosity, improve blood rheology, improve myocardial blood supply(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). During the treatment period, the safety indexes of the two groups were all without exception, and there was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion: Treatmenting the yin and yang deficiency type senile unstable angina with regulating yin and yang has good curative effect. It can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms, improve the biochemical indicators and the quality of life. It is worth in-depth study and application.
