Investigation And Analysis On The Application Of Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine In The Biao Han Li Re Cold Of Children

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of the application of Chinese traditional medicine in children with cold.To understand the different effects of rational use of Chinese patent medicine and non rational use of Chinese patent medicine,and analyze the related factors that effect the selection of Chinese patent medicine.In order to provide some guidance for the reasonable selection of Chinese patent medicine in the future,and to provide some clinical evidence for the popularization of Chinese traditional medicine in children's biao han li re cold.Methods: Selecting the children in July 2015 to March 2016 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine and Liaocheng City People's Hospital pediatric outpatients and hospitalized patients to investigate and study.The contents of the survey include: Children's basic information,Current symptoms,laboratory findings related with illness, the selected Chinese patent medicine name, the sources of the selected Chinese patent medicine, the basis of the selected Chinese patent medicine, the changes after using traditional Chinese patent medicine in children and related adverse reactions.Survey data using SPSS 19.0 software to carry on the analysis.Results: A total of 200 cases were included in this study, including 126 males and 74 females, 59 cases were less than 1 years old, 105 cases were between 1 to 6 years old, 36 cases were between 7 to 12 years old. The results were as follows:1.A total of 20 kinds of Chinese patent drugs were collected in 200 children. The use of high frequency is in turn: pediatric lung heat cough oral liquid(14.67%), Pu di lan antiphlogistic oral liquid(10.67%), Chuan bei pi pa syrup(9.78%), lungs and cough mixture(9.78%), Gan mao Zhi ke granule(9.33%) and several proprietary.2.Non rational use of proprietary Chinese patent medicine accounted for 86.5%,and easonable application of proprietary Chinese medicine accounted for 13.5%.3.Comparison of the rational use of the drug group and the non rational use of the Chinese medicine group after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points : in addition to outside body pain syndrome score had no significant difference(P > 0.05),the rest of the symptom scores were significantly different(P < 0.05).The reasonable treatment group and non reasonable treatment group in symptom total score has a very significant difference(P < 0.01).4.Compared with the non rational drug use group before and after the treatment of the performance of Chinese Medicine: symptoms self contrast, sneezing, cough symptoms score after treatment is higher than those before treatment. By t test, cough symptoms(P > 0.05) in before and after treatment does not have significant difference.5.The adverse reactions of rational drug use group was significantly less than the irrational drug use group(P < 0.05).6.There were 31 cases of adverse reactions after the irrational use of Chinese patent medicine,and accounting for 17.92%. Mainly manifested as vomiting and abdominal pain, diarrhea; The proportion of drugs involved in the drug was from high to low: Pu di lan antiphlogistic oral liquid(41.93%), pediatric lung heat cough oral liquid(41.93%), Lan qin anti-inflammatory oral liquid(12.90%), Xiao er Qing fei Hua tan granule(3.22%).7.Influencing factors of non rational selection of Chinese patent medicine: the source of non rational use group of drugs is buying medicine in pharmacies(52.02%), issued by the community clinic(30.64%), family(17.34%);The basis of the parents selecting drugs: Pharmacy pharmacist recommendation(44.17%),Chinese patent medicine name(22.5%),TV advertising influence(20.83%), having medical knowledge(12.5%).Conclusion: 1.The biao han li re cold in children with traditional Chinese patent medicine are mainly concentrated on anemopyretic cold medicine and some monosymptomatic syrup formulation.2.The proportion of non rational use of proprietary Chinese patent medicine is significantly higher than the proportion of reasonable application of proprietary Chinese patent medicine.3.The rational use of the treatment group was significantly better than the irrational drug use group;After the non rational use of drug group treatment,the cough and sneeze of chinese medicine syndrome integral is increased.The non rational use of drugs may aggravate cough,sneezing symptoms of children.We should pay more attention to this.4.Adverse reactions after treatment were all belong to irrational drug use.Adverse reactions include vomiting,abdominal pain and diarrhea.5.The non rational drug use group of Chinese patent medicine is mainly from community clinics and pharmacies.The effect of children's parents on their own drug selection mainly by drug store pharmacists and related proprietary Chinese medicine ads and the name of Chinese medicine.
