This study is based on the basic theory of TCM,taken the theory of traditional Chinese medicine four nature as a guide,and on the basis of the new hypothesis that one medicine has X flavors and Y nature(Y≤X)and considering the nature and flavor theory of TCM is the highly recapitulation of actions of the medicinal properties,We propose a new theory that the scientific connotation of new medicinal property.The purpose of this study is to research with the aid of cold syndrome model,from two aspects of metabonomics and pharmacology of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis was studied typical cold and hot medicine(Gypsum fibrosum,Anemarrhenae rhizoma,Phellodendron chinense cortex,Zingiberis rhizoma,Cinnamomi cortex,Scutellariae radix)cold and hot medicinal nature effects on animal body and the changing rule of the endogenous substance content.We want to find an universal cold and hot medicinal nature biology of Chinese medicine,which can offer a new way for the resolution of the medicinal properties of.This experiment is based on the typical Chinese traditional medicine for activating blood circulation to normal and cold syndrome model(put rats at 0℃~1℃ water,building 15 consecutive days)animals influence,to the rat body weight,body temperature,blood rheology indexes for detecting indexes,explore typical fever the influence of traditional Chinese medicine in animal body.Metabonomics basic research methods,application of liquid mass spectrometry,the typical cold and hot medicine intervention in rat urine data analysis,find a regularity and characteristic of the associated with cold and hot nature quantity of endogenous substances,four nature embody the Chinese traditional medicine essential effect on the body.This study selected typical cold resistance of traditional Chinese medicine(Gypsum fibrosum,Anemarrhenae rhizoma,Phellodendron chinense cortex)can reduce the body weight of rats or slow weight gain,lower temperature,while in the higher normal rats and cold syndrome rats blood plasma viscosity,decrease plasma TG content.Three of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis type of typical hot Chinese traditional medicine(Zingiberis rhizoma,Cinnamomi cortex,Scutellariae radix)not significantly affect the normal rat body weight and body temperature,but can raise cold syndrome rats weight and body temperature,reduce the normal rats and cold syndrome rats blood plasma viscosity,higher plasma TG content.Through metabonomics method for rat urine metabolic profile and pattern recognition analysis,combining with database appraisal,we can have draw the conclusion as follows:1.Compared with the normal group,the cold syndrome model group is identified citric acid,prostaglandin E2,leucine-proline,L-methionine,Gly-Tyr-OH 40 levels have obvious changes of endogenous substances,these markers mainly with Phenylalanine,tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis,Phenylalanine metabolism,tricarboxylic acid cycle and other 19 metabolic pathways related;Which arranges Cis-Aconitate,2-phenylacetamide,Aminoadipic acid 18 compounds such as methionine content reduce,prostaglandin E2,19 compounds such as Gly-Tyr-OH content increased.2.In the model group of intervented by typical cold and hot medicine,regular change of endogenous substance for Aminoadipic acid,(S)-4-hydroxy-2-(3-hydroxy-4nitrobenzamido)butanoic acid,Acetylcysteine,L-methionine,Gly-Tyr-OH five markers.This study selected cold sex medicine can make cold syndrome rats Aminoadipic acid,(S)-4-hydroxy-2-(3-hydroxy-4-nitrobenzamido)butanoic acid,Acetylcysteine,L-methionine,content of compound is reduced,Gly-Tyr-OH compounds content such as increased;Three kinds of hot Chinese medicine can make cold syndrome rats(S)-4-hydroxy-2-(3-hydroxy-4-nitrobenzamido)butanoic acid,Acetylcysteine,L-methionine compounds such as methionine content increases,Gly-Tyr-OH compounds such as content is lower.These markers are concerned with Cysteine and methionine metabolism,the Steroid hormone biosynthesis,Lysine biosynthesis and Aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis.3.In the model group of intervented by typical fever medicine,regular change of endogenous substance for Aminoadipic acid,(S)-4-hydroxy-2-(3-hydroxy-4nitrobenzamido)butanoic acid,Acetylcysteine,L-methionine,Gly-Tyr-OH five acid,Acetylcysteine,L-methionine compounds such as methionine content increases,Gly-Tyr-OH compounds such as content is lower.These markers are concerned with Cysteine and methionine metabolism,the Steroid hormone biosynthesis,Lysine biosynthesis and Aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis.Typical cold medicine can induce or increase the symptoms of rats ’cold’,typical hot Chinese medicine can reduce the symptoms of rats ’cold’.Typical cold medicine can make rats with cold and hot nature related endogenous substance content is reduced,the typical hot Chinese medicine are associated with cold and hot medicinal endogenous substance content increasing,which shows that three cold sex medicine inhibits the body’s energy metabolism,three kinds of hot Chinese medicine to promote the energy metabolism of the body,and the four theory for traditional Chinese medicine research work provides an theoretical basis which can provides the basis for the research study of medicinal odor in the split.
