Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Anal Pruritus With Fangfeng Tongsheng Potion Combined With Drugs For External Use

Objective:Treat the anal pruritus with the empirical formula of my teacher which is Fangfeng Tongsheng Potion combined with drugs for external use.Then observe the curative effect especially the long term effect of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and the drugs for external use.Analyze the clinical value of treating both principal and secondary aspect of disease in treating the anal pruritus.Methods: Firstly according to the criteria for the diagnosis of cases, select sixty patients and divide them into treatment group with thirty people and control group with thirty people. The control group was given one Puji Hemorrhoids Suppository into anus twice a day and use skin disease lotion to clean anus.The treatment group was given Fangfeng Tongsheng Potion to drink twice a day and other treatment like the control group.Then observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results: Clinical studies showed that the symptom curative effect and the clinical comprehensive curative effect of the treatment group is mainly as good as that of the control group in the same condition of the treatment of patients. But in the follow-up visit of the patients who have been cured the recurrence rate of the treatment group is much lower than that of the control group.(P?0.01)Conclusion: Drugs for external show reliable clinical curative effect. The recurrence rate of the treatment group is much lower than that of the control group. Fangfeng Tongsheng Potion combined with drugs for external use can improve the long-term curative effect which can fully embody the significance of treating both principal and secondary aspect of disease which can show that the Fangfeng Tongsheng Potion my teacher used is an effective prescription for the anal pruritus.
