BackgroundAnal pruritus (Peritus Ani, PA) is a high incidence of anorectal disease, is one of the difficult problems of outpatient anorectal practitioners often encounter. The treatment includes conservative therapy and operation therapy in two aspects, and conservative treatment is the main treatment method at present, most of the patients can be effect of conservative therapy through a variety of different access.In the conservative treatment, how to further develop the advantages of TCM, the treatment effect is more prominent, is one of the focuses of the Chinese medicine treatment of anal pruritus in disease research at present.Object iveTo compare the effects of different factors on the incidence of anal pruritus, summarizes the laws, as, adaptation, personalized and prognosis of disease provide clinical evidence. MethodThis paper originated from2012July to2013March from patients in the Department of anus&intestine surgery of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital for treatment, will meet the inclusion criteria of the study of anal itching-patients, finally into a total of49cases, all patients were below guidance of specialized subject doctor completed case observation form, observed mainly by age, sex, course of disease, degree, degree of pruritus ani and sleep etc..Use SPSS13.0for statistical analysis of the collected data. Statistical method:the measurement data using mean soil standard deviation (x2±s) between the two groups were statistically, measurement data using independent sample t test and rank sum test, count data using precise chi-square test, ranked data with rank sum test.Result1. The general data of patients:no statistical significance gender differences, showed no correlation with the onset of sex of the collected from patients with anal pruritus. Age:40years old and55years old the small number of patients, aged40to50years old patient number is more, show the onset age and anal pruritus may. Men and women:female patients with disease course was longer than that of male patients, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, statistics show that damp-heat anal pruritus patients are obviously more than the other three syndromes patients, may be associated with the base more damp heat constitution population in south of the Five Ridges area. Pica,57.1%patient preferences spicy greasy products, relevant suggest eating spicy and anal pruritus. Unhealthy living habits, smoking, drinking and so on63.3%patients with bad habits, that bad habits may be a predisposing factor anal pruritus.2. Comparison of different groups of clinical symptoms, male patients with anal pruritus was significantly higher than that of female patients, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the sleep quality of patients with female than male patients (P<0.05), show the effects of pruritus ani life in patients with female than male patients; comparison among different age groups, aged40-55years of age anal pruritus group was significantly higher than that of other age groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the sleep therapy than the other two age groups, suggests the occurrence of pruritus ani middle-aged patients, symptoms than other age groups are generally heavier (P<0.05).ConclusionAnal pruritus is a pathological factors is complex, high incidence of disease,anal pruritus onset is related to many factors, including gender, age, pica have obvious positive correlation with the degree of menopause patients with anal itching, and eating spicy more prone to pruritus ani;Conversely, the occurrence rate of young, light diet the crowd anal pruritus is low, the occurrence of anal pruritus symptoms lighter.
