Clinical Effect Observation Of Yiqi Huoxue Therapy In The Treatment Of Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertig

Objective:Based on the experience of Yiqi Huoxue therapy that my tutor treats Cerebral Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertigo.To observe and evaluate and analysis the clinical curative effect that Yiqi Huoxue therapy for Cerebral Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertigo, providing new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Method:66 cases of Cerebral Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo patients that accord with the clinical diagnosis and the inclusion criteria,randomly divided into the treatment group in 33 cases and control group(33 cases). After excluding off after, the final completion of the observation and treatment of patients: treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment + Changchun West Ting Sodium Chloride Injection, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of + Shen Qi Fu Zheng injection + injection.The two groups were observed and treated for 3 weeks. Observe and record the two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral, activities of daily living(ADL) integral, and measure the mean blood flow velocity of cerebral basilar artery and posterior cerebral artery,register the results of blood rheology and D-dime.Results:After 3 weeks treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, and the control group was 76.67%. There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01). The results of before and after treatment of TCM symptom score, activities of daily living(ADL) integral, mean velocity of cerebral basilar artery and posterior cerebral artery, blood rheology index and D- dimer had significant difference(P < 0.05),and the comparison between the two groups treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo and the ability of activities of daily living score,increase the mean velocity of cerebral basilar artery and posterior cerebral artery,and improve the results of blood rheology and D-dimer.So Traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was significantly better than the simple western medicine group.
