Methods: This study selected 60 patients, consistent with the chief complaint of liver and kidney Yin deficiency caused by acne vulgaris patients, 30 cases of treatment group, 30 cases of control group, treatment group to give the liver zi kidney oral Chinese medicine, combined with the invisible combination treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion acupuncture point treatment stage choose acupuncture point, the control to oral proprietary Chinese medicine liver granule, the time is 6 weeks. Results: The analysis results show that the improvement of the TCM symptoms in treatment group total effective rate was 93.34%, control group was 76.67%, the treatment group is better than the control group; Treatment group and control group in improving the degree of skin lesion significant differences(P < 0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group; In patients with the improvement of the skin color and skin swelling, the treatment group is obviously better than that of control group(P < 0.05). In the whole process of this study, two groups of patients were found no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Chinese medicine liver zi kidney and joint contact acupuncture in the treatment of acne vulgaris can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and even heal, and simply give the liver granule treatment, clinical symptoms have also improved, but the total effective rate is lower than the former. In the whole process of this study, two groups of patients were found no obvious adverse reactions. Therefore, clinical studies have shown that using the method of TCM liver zi kidney joint contact acupuncture in the treatment of acne vulgaris is not only safe, curative effect is significant, and also for the clinical treatment of common acne provides a new and safer treatment.
