Kidney Resolve Depression Soup Treatment In Elderly Patients With Hypertension Associated With Depressive State Of Clinical Research

Objective: to observe the kidney resolve depression soup the curative effect of treatment in elderly patients with hypertension associated with depression. Methods: according to include and exclude standard screening of 60 patients with senile hypertension associated with depression, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each. Two groups of patients were given western medicine treatment, the treatment group and medicine kidney resolve depression soup, a dose of daily, each take a dinner after half an hour early, course of 4 weeks. Observation into the group of patients before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine symptom integral disease classification, blood pressure, Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) scores, geriatric depression scale(GDS) score, plasma brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF), the change of substance P, and make statistics processing. Results: the treatment group after treatment of TCM syndrome total effective rate 93.33%, compared with the control group 73.33%, with significant difference(P < 0.05); Treatment group after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine disease classification improved significantly(P < 0.05), and is superior to the control group; Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure treatment group were dropped to the normal range, the treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05);Antihypertensive effects in treatment group after treatment the total effective rate was 93.33%, and 83.4% in control group, with significant difference(P < 0.05); Treatment group after treatment of Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD), geriatric depression scale(GDS) score were significantly decreased(P < 0.01), and is superior to the control group; Treatment group after treatment plasma brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) significantly increased than before treatment(P < 0.05), substance P significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05), compared with control group, has obvious differences. Conclusion: kidney resolve depression decoction can improve the curative effect of senile hypertension patients with depression with and improve TCM symptoms, reduce the disease of traditional Chinese medicine classification, improve blood pressure levels, reduce the HAMD and GDS rating scale, regulating BDNF, substance P level, for the treatment of senile hypertension patients with depression with definite effect, worthy of further popularization and application in clinical.
