| Object:(1) analysis of pulmonary disease of traditional Chinese medicine ambulatory cough patients etiology;(2) induced pulmonary disease of traditional Chinese medicine ambulatory cough TCM syndromes distribution characteristics;(3)is used to guide clinical,provide the basis in diagnosis and treatment.Methods:a retrospective epidemiological investigation method, collected in October2014 to December 2015 in the affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM lung disease of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient service, with the chief complaint of cough, 80 cases of patients with medical records, clear cough etiology diagnosis; Using the statistical methods of factor analysis, summarizes the cough syndrome characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:the main cause of lung disease of TCM clinic cough patients diagnosis followed by: trachea- bronchitis, acute upper respiratory tract infection, infection after cough, cough cough variability, bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma, pneumonia, interstitial lung disease, allergic rhinitis. Rare etiology diagnosis of sequence is allergic cough,tuberculosis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, primary bronchial lung cancer, laryngeal cough that pleural effusion. Mainly for the respiratory system disease, involving otolaryngology, digestive department and so on many diseases. The study patients with pulmonary disease outpatient cough common syndromes in the order: lung injury the ferry,phlegmy wet aggregates lung syndrome, wind dry lung injury, lung Yin deficiency syndrome, lung spleen deficiency syndrome.Conclusion: the cause of cough is various, involving other subjects in addition to respiratory system, Chinese medicine syndrome is also more, should be the cause of thecough diagnosis and syndrome combination, pay attention to the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation and treatment. |
