Objective: Blood stasis hemorrhage is a process which involves the spread of disease and pathological changes, and it exists in the high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, cerebral apoplexy, diabetes, and many other diseases. In the study of blood stasis hemorrhage, suitable animal model and the objective condition evaluation standard becomes its biggest limiting factor. This experiment was to study the preparation method of blood stasis hemorrhage rat models and condition quantitative evaluation standard, and to service in the research of mechanism of blood stasis hemorrhage and the development of removing blood stasis agent. Methods: This experiment refers to related documents, in combination with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) pharmacology, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) experimental pathology, and method of image acquisition and processing technology, for the study bottlenecks on blood stasis bleeding- animal disease model development and condition quantitative evaluation standard- making an intensive research. Results: First of all, through the diet control, operation method and exogenous administration, it took experimental rats to simulate pathological process in patients with blood stasis bleeding; Secondly, with the advanced image acquisition method,we made image acquisition on rats mesentery, retina and lung slice respectively; Finally, we made the objective condition evaluation standard of blood stasis hemorrhage by using technical means, such as image segmentation and measurement. Conclusion: This study completed the three hemorrhage rat blood stasis models preparation and condition evaluation method research. The research will play a role in the study of blood stasis hemorrhage microscopic mechanisms and the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).
