Objective:This experiment is designed to traditional Chinese medicine theory to dicusst how to copy yin deficiency and blood stasis animal models of hemorrhage after placed IUD and research the pathogenesis of yin deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:This paper reviews the status and progress of the study on yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of hemorrhage after placed IUD with Chinese and Western medicine, using completely random method to divide the rats into 4 groups:blank control group, placed IUD group, model group and treatment group.Through the operation to place the IUD combine weith drugs irrigation of the stomach to construct yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of hemorrhage after placed IUD animal models.Observe each rat general behavior change, weight change and rat uterine morphological changes, and contrst the expression level of the cytokines of each group through the protein antibody microarrays and observe the changes of the cytokines,and through the drug to cytokines's intervention activities to further evidence animal model. Results:Model rats, behavior abnormalities, main performance for diet and water increases, mobility increased, improve excitability, light, easy to enrage and loses luster,the body weight of model group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.01). Group compared with buy rings, model group of interleukin nterleukin-1 (IL-1β), tumor cell necrosis factor-a (TNF-a), monocytes chemotactic protein-1 (MPC-1) and matrix metalloproteinases organization inhibitory factor (TIMP-1)4 kinds of the expression of cytokines level varied significantly.The level of IL-1βof model group significantly increased compared with group blank group (P< 0.01),the level of TNF-αof model group significantly increased compared with group blank group (P< 0.01), The level of MPC-1of model group also significantly increased compared with group blank group (P< 0.05),but the The level of TIMP-1 of model group significantly reduced compared with group blank group (P< 0.05)Conclusion:This experiments prove buy placed ring combination drugs irrigated stomach composite method made can more significant influence on the rat weight, cell morphology and cytokines expression level with in the organization than a single loops.Drug therapy illustrates the reasonability of the animal model. Protein antibody microarrays can parallel detect various kinds of the expression of cytokines level, preliminary estimates IL-1β,TNF-αMPC-1 and TIMP-1 four kinds of cell factors related with yin deficiency and blood stasis animal models of hemorrhage after placed IUD, but still need a lot of experiments proved.
