| Objective:The purpose of the study is to observe the clinical efficacy of using Qing Dan Guan Chang Fang on correcting the disorder of calcium-phosphate metabolism in non-dialysis patients with chronic kideny disease(stage 3-5)? Methods:Totally 75 cases with the disorder of calcium-phosphate metabolism in non-dialysis patients with chronic kideny disease(stage 3-5)were selected.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly.Patients in two groups were given conventional medicine treatments for chronic kidney disease as a primary treatment. On the basis of the primary treatments,the patients in treatment group were treated with Qing Dan Guan Chang Fang retention-enema and the patients in control group were treated with medicinal charcoal tablets retention-enema.To find the change in the efficacy index(Ca2+ P3+ ALP PTH SCr BUN GFR) and the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms about every patients after 8 weeks' treatments. Results:1.In the aspect of increasing serum calcium, the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05); in the aspect of decreasing serum phosphorus, the treatment group is significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).2.In reducing parathyroid hormone, the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05); in reducing serum alkaline phosphatase, the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).3.In the reduction of serum urea nitrogen,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05); in reducing serum creatinine and increasing glomerular filtration rate, the treatment group is significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).4.In the aspect of reducing TCM syndrome scores,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).5.In the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, the treatment group is 88.24%,the efficiency of the control group was 78.13%,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).6.In terms of the clinical efficacy of the disease,the treatment group is 79.41%,the efficiency of the control group was 65.63%,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:On the basis of conventional medicine treatments,the experimental group with Qing Dan Guan Chang Fang retention-enema is better than the control group with medicinal charcoal tablets retention-enema in correcting the disorder of calcium-phosphate metabolism and improving patients' survival and quality of life and protecting renal function. |
