Clinical Observation Of Yunpihuazhuo Decoction In Treating The Disorder Of Calcium And Phosphorus Metabolism In Chronic Kidney Disease Syndrome

Objective:Through the observation with spleen and kidney,clearing damp turbidity as the therapeutic principle,using the tutor experience shipment spleen change chaotic soup to delaying chronic renal failure wet muddy the calcium phosphorus metabolism disorder of clinical research,observation of clinical symptoms of patients with ease,comparative serum calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase,parathyroid hormone,creatinine and urea nitrogen of clinical laboratory index change and securityMethods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria formulated in this study,the patients were divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group,according to the principles of the concurrent control trial.The patients were divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group,according to 1:1.They were given basic treatment.On the basis of the above,the experimental group received yunpihuazhuo decoction.The control group received calcitriol capsules on the basis of basic treatment.Before the treatment course of 12 weeks,the age and course of the patients were compared with the laboratory indicators of TCM symptoms,etc.,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups to observe and analyze the changes in the efficacy of TCM syndromes such as renal function,liver function,blood lipid,blood conventional electrolyte,PTH ALP,etc.,before and after the treatment.Results:(1)comparison of total clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was compared,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.67%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)comparison of the total curative effect of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the control group was 56.67%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 80%.The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)after treatment,renal function,Scr,serum Ca,P,blood routine(RBC,HB),PTH,and ALP showed statistically significant differences compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yunpihuazhuo decoction can effectively improve chronic kidney failure wet muddy the calcium phosphorus metabolism disorder in patients with less food,stay trapped,nausea,vomiting,body weight,bone pain,tetany,mouth,gooey,often abdominal distension full,defecate is not real,tongue coating thickness bored with clinical symptoms,improve the patients' serum Ca,P,PTH,ALP,renal function(UREA,Scr),blood routine(WBC,RBC,HB,PLT);It is suggested that yunpihua turbid decoction can effectively improve the disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients,improve renal function and renal anemia,delay the further development of kidney disease,and is safe without side effects.
