| Objective: To detect the change of Niaoduqing particle on calcium, phosphorus, parathyroid hormone (PTH), fibroblast growth factor23(FGF23) in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD) stage3-5before and after treatment. To explore the influence of Niaoduqing particles on calcium, phosphorus and FGF23in patients of CKD stage3-5.Methods:According to the standard of NKF-K/DOQI proposed,fifty-four patients with chronic renal disease were randomly divided into NDQ group and control group. Serum level of FGF23was determined by ELISE assay. Serum level of PTH was determined by by radioimmunoassay. urinary contents of creatinine (UCr) by inverse HPLC; blood contents of calcium (Ca),phosphate (P),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),creatinine (Scr) by automatic biochemical analyser. Then the clearance rate of endogenous creatinine (CCr) was calculated based on blood BUN and SCr.Results:â‘ With the decline in creatinine clearance rate, in the serum,the P, FGF23, BUN, Scr of the CKD patients incress, the Ca decrease (P<0.01).compare with the control group, they are all statistically significant in patients of CKD stage3-5.â‘¡before and after the treatment, between the P and BUN, the P and Scr, the P and the FGF23are all positive correlation in patients of CKD (P<0.01), but between the P and the Ccr are negative correlation (P<0.01), between the Ca and the Scr, the Ca and the FGF23are negative correlation (P<0.01),but between the Ca and the Ccr are positive correlation (P<0.01), between the Ca and the P, the Ca and the BUN were not correlation; before the treatment, between the PTH and BUN, the PTH and the Scr, the PTH and the P, show a positive correlation(P<0.05, P<0.01), but between the PTH and the Ccr, the PTH and the Ca are negatively correlated (P<0.01).â‘¢In the patients of CKD3and4, after the treatment, the P, FGF23, Scr of the treatment group decress (P<0.05, P<0.01), the Ccr incress (P<0.05); the FGF23of the control group decress (P<0.05), the Scr decress, the Ccr incress, the Ca of The two groups incress, but not statistically significant. Compared with the control group, the P, FGF23of the treatment group decress (P<0.05, P<0.01).â‘£In the patients of CKD5,after the treatment, the Ca and the Ccr of the treatment group incress(P<0.05, P<0.01), the FGF23 of the two groups decress(P<0.05, P<0.01), the two groups of the BUN, Scr, P decress,but the Ccr of the control group increase, no significant statistical difference.Conclusions:Niaoduqing particles can increase the levels of the calcium, reduce the levels of phosphorus and FGF23in serum in patients with CKD and possibly play an important role to delay the progression of CKD-MBD by improving the calcium and phosphorus metabolism, reducing the expression of PTH, FGF23and other factors. |
