Clinical Observation Of Yangjingzixue Decoction Combined With Progynova Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Hypomenorrhea

Objective: To observe the Yangjingzixue Decoction for nourishing the blood combined with progynova in clinical curative effect in the treatment of type of deficiency of liver and kidney hypomenorrhea.Methods: Select 60 cases of patients with liver and kidney deficiency of the hospital affiliated to Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the treatment group and the control group of 30 cases. Treatment group from the 5th day of menstruation began taking progynova mg, Po, QD, menstrual 7 days taking Yangjingzixue Decoction for nourishing the blood; control group treated only with progynova. After three menstrual cycles, the clinical effect was observed, and the statistical analysis was performed.Results:(1) the treatment group curative effect to total efficiency of 80%, the disease control group the total effective rate was 56.7%, there was significant difference(P < 0.05);(2) the treatment group of patients with menstruation, Yaoxisuanruan, dizzy three main symptom score after treatment compared with the control group, there was significant difference(P < 0.05);(3) patients in the treatment group TCM syndrome total score after treatment compared with the control group, there were significant differences(P < 0.01);(4) patients in the treatment group TCM syndrome total effective rate was 80%, control group patients total effective rate was 60%, there was significant difference(P < 0.05);(5) the treatment group after treatment in patients with endometrial thickness compared with the control group, there was significant difference(P < O.05).Conclusion: Hypomenorrhea liver and kidney deficiency type treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, clinical symptoms and signs, Yangjingzixue Decoction for nourishing the blood combined with progynova as traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with treatment of hypomenorrhea a clinical thinking. It is worthy of promotion and further research.
