Observation Of Relationship Between Hypomenorrhea And Serum E₂、T, Clinical Study On Treatment Of Hypomenorrhea With Yangjingzixue Decoction

Objective: To explore the relationship between hypomenorrhea and sex hormones;Toinvestigate the effect and mechanism of Yangjingzixue decoction in treating patients withhypomenorrhea of the type of liver and kidney deficiency.Methods:The treatment group:30patients with Hypomenorrhea of the type of Liverand Kidney;the control group:30women with normal menstrual quantity.Compare the thenumber of abortion and sex hormone levels between the two groups.The treatment grouppatients were treated with Yangjingzixue decoction.After continuous treatment of threemenstrual cycles,observe the treatment group’s curative effect.Result:(1) The number of abortion(including artificial abortion, medical abortion,spontaneous abortion) of treatment group compared with that of control group had aextremely significant difference (P<0.01);(2)The values of E2of treatment group hadsignificant differences compared with those of control group (P<0.05);the values of T oftreatment group had extremely significant differences compared with those of controlgroup (P<0.01);(3)In treatment group, the total efficiency rate of the disease curative effectwas80%;(4)The two primary symptom scores of treatment group compared with thosebefore treatment were extremely significant difference(P<0.01);(5)TCM (TraditionalChinese Medicine) syndrome scores of treatment group compared with those beforetreatment, had an extremely significant difference (P<0.01);(6) In the treatment group,thetotal efficiency rate of TCM was83.33%;(7)The endometrial thickness of the treatmentgroup were increased,and there was extremely significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion: The number abortion of hypomenorrhea patients was lager than that of women with normal menstrual quantity;The values of E2and T were smaller than that ofwomen with normal menstrual quantity;Yangjingzixue Decoction,which has a significanteffect on hypomenorrhea of the type of liver and kidney deficiency,can tonify the liver andkidney, nourish blood and regulate menstruation, effectively improve the syndromes ofTCM and increase endometrial thickness.It is worthy of clinical promotion and furtherObservation.
