Objective: To explore the relationship between hyperuricemia and coronary lesion vessels, the relationship between hyperuricemia and degree of coronary artery stenosis(Genisi score), to explore if hyperuricemia acts as the risk factor to Coronary heart disease(CHD), to provide new ideas for the prevention and cure of CHD.Methods: Choose 283 patients who saw doctor initially because of “chest distress or pain”, or had no these symptoms but had the changes of myocardial ischemia tested by ECG, were admitted by Central Hospital of Yangzhou(north courtyard) from June 2014 to June 2015.All patients went through routine blood biochemical examination(including blood glucose, blood fat and uric acid determination.) and other routine examinations. All patients are divided into two groups: NUA(207cases)and HUA(48cases).According to coronary lesion vessels, NUA is classified into zero-vessel group(86cases), single-vessel group(48cases), twin-vessel group(23cases) and three-vessel group(50cases). In the same way, HUA is divided into zero-vessel group(15cases), single-vessel group(17cases), twin-vessel group(14cases) and three-vessel group(30cases).Based on the condition of UA,coronary narrow degree integral(Gensini score) is classified into NUA group and HUA group to analyze the relationship among HUA, coronary lesion vessels and coronary score(Gensini score). Also, we set up two groups: one groups is with CHD group(182 cases) and one group is without CHD group(101 cases) to analyse the influence that various factars work on CHD.Results: Both group members have almost characters such as age, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipemia, obesity, smoking and gender. The value of P can be age( P=0.274), hypertension(P=0.186),diabetes(P=0.886), hyperlipemia(P=0.224), obesity(P=0.129), smoking(P=0.804) and gender(P=0.252). The number of vessels of coronary artery stenosis of HUA group is higher than that of NUA group(P< 0.05).The Gensini score of coronary artery stenosis of HUA group is higher than that of NUA group(P< 0.05). To compare the number of coronary lesion vessels between two groups, we find the results that zero-vessel disease(P=0.001), single-vessel(P=0.884), two-vessel(P=0.106) and three-vessel disease(P=0.011).Hyperuricemia as a risk factor to coronary heart disease(OR=2.65,P=0.004).Conclusion: 1.Hyperuricemia is closely related to the pathological condition of coronary artery.2. Hyperuricemia can be considered as a risk factor to coronary heart disease.
