Objective:To assess the related factors of calcification in coronary artery.Material and methodsA total of70CHD patients were recruited to Institute of Geriatric Cardiology ofPLA General Hospital met inclusion criteria, The patients’clinical data and biomarkerswere collected and Uric acid、C-reactive protein、Triglyceride、Total cholesterol、lowdensity lipoprotein、High density lipoprotein、Alkaline phosphatase、Blood Glucose andBlood calcium were subsequently tested.calcification burden in coronary artery wereexamined by IVUS-VH. The related factors of coronary calcification can be found.Result:coronary calcification is positively related to smoking(P=0.027)、diabetes(P=0.0242)、serum uric acid(P<0.0001)、Alkaline phosphatase(P<0.0001),Conclusion:To improve lifestyles and control uric acid and Alkaline phosphatase can impactcoronary calcification.
