Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect and the serum levels of HIF-1? of ozone treatment for acute cerebral infarction, so as to provide effective index for evaluation of acute cerebral infarction with ozone treatment. Methods: Choose 160 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015, who were attacked within 24 hours, and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional therapy including Xueshuantong Injection, atorvastatin calcium tablets, and Bayaspirin. The treatment group was treated with ozone autologous blood transfusion on the basis of the control group for 10 d, 1 times / d. Record the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment process. Peripheral blood HIF-1? level changes were detected by ELISA kit. Compared the HIF-1? level of before treatment, 3d and 10 d of posttreatment. Compared the clinical neurological function deficit score, changes of blood lipid levels and assessment of efficacy of before treatment and 10 d posttreatment. Daily life ability score were compared before treatment and 3 mouths after treatment.Results:(1) HIF-1? level: Compared with that before treatment, two groups of patients in the peripheral blood of HIF-1? level in treatment after 3 days significantly increased( P < 0.05). And in 10 days after treatment the HIF-1? level decreased( P< 0.05). While after 3 days and 10 days the HIF-1? level in treatment group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0.05).(2) The clinical neurological function defect score: Compared with before treatment the treatment group was lower than that of the control group( P < 0.05).(3) The total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) levels: After 10 days of treatment, they were lower than that of before treatment( P< 0.05). And the treatment group was lower than that of the control group( P< 0.05).(4) Assessment of efficacy: The total effective number of the treatment group was 74, the effective rate was 92.50%. The total effective number of the control group was 57, the effective rate was 71.25%. The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0.05).(5) Daily life ability score: Two groups of patients after treatment, daily life ability score is obviously higher than that before treatment( P < 0.05). Compare with the control group, the daily life ability score increased more significantly in treatment group(P< 0.05).(6) Adverse reaction: The control group in the course of treatment found no obvious adverse reactions. In the treatment group, 1 patients had symptoms of dizzy and palpation when treated with ozone, but improved after adjusted blood transfusion speed.Conclusion:(1) Ozone autologous blood transfusion in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has a good curative effect. And it has a high safety.(2) The ozone autologous blood transfusion in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction may down regulation the level of HIF-1? of patients. we may provide reference for the treatment and prognosis through the changes of the peripheral blood HIF-1? level.
