| Objective: Excavate and research monographs and literature on science of epidemic febrile disease since the Ming and Qing Dynasty, focusing on defensive qi and nutrient blood dialectic and of triple-jiao dialectic. The thesis systematically discussed the pattern of stomach qi disorders caused by warm-evil into spleen and stomach. Analyses have been conducted with the entry point on the physiology and pathology of stomach and spleen qi to concentrate on the qi theory. It also concluded symptoms and therapeutic principle that based upon ascending, descending, exiting and entering dialectic. The research prepares for further dialectical study on ascending,descending, exiting and entering of febrile disease. It provides new ideas for the reunification of cold and warm dialectical methods to better serve the clinical services.Methods: The author uses "spleen and stomach", " spleen and stomach ascending and descending", "Li Dongyuan", " ascending, descending, exiting and entering", "warm disease“ and "wet warm" as key words and collects ancient and modern literature, combining the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine materials, and summarizes the physiological functions and pathology of spleen and stomach. With the integration of febrile diseases textbook, the author summarizes the characteristics of warm disease of the spleen and stomach. The analyses depend on the context of Ming and Qing physicians writings on febrile diseases. It also combines the modern search result with ancient literatures to analyze and summarize on law of treating spleen and stomach febrile disease.Results: The study found that evil warm into the stomach will mainly affects the qi operation, thus leads to the disorders of spleen and stomach physiological functions,resulting in various diseases. It does not only affects the ascending and descending function of spleen and stomach qi, also results in the disorders of transport of thermal energy, food and nutrient function. It’s followed by the situation that water andmoisture that will not be transformed, stopped together in the middle burner,producing pathological product and further obstruct qi. It is well known that spleen and stomach is the qi hub for the whole body, this will lead to air-disorders of the body, which will cause ascending trends like impairment of dispersing and descending function of the lung, clear orifices not be nurtured, damp disease with syndrome of phlegm invading pericardium, etc. and cause descending trends which lead to the change and downwards trend towards lower burner like liver, kidney,colon, bladder; It not only affect the reception of water, nutrient and the discharge of waste, but also cause the drainage of body fluid and qi by warm evil, and steamed stuffed phlegm. The course of time lag of deficiency of qi and the obstruction of blood will impair the entry and exit of qi, blood, and body fluid. Warm and evil will enter the body from the nose and mouth into the spleen and stomach, and evil will enter and exit by defensive qi and nutrient blood, Moreover, the warm disease of spleen and stomach is hard to cure and it stay easily in the triple burner qi separation point, and influence the qi ascending and descending of the triple burner, thus the evil qi can follow the ascending and descending of upper burner – mid burner – lower burner according to its certain forward and backward path.
