Serum 5-HT, VIP test results compared with the normal group, increased significantly(P <0.05). D- xylose test results compared with the normal group, decreased significantly(P <0.05). 5-HT molecular level test results compared with the normal group, the intestinal mucosa was significantly higher(P <0.01). Colon tissue HE staining light microscope, no abnormal pathological changes of the intestinal mucosa.2.After the intervention, treatment of rats in each group abdominal pain, diarrhea, symptoms of weight loss, emotional instability, get together, etc liver and spleen were improved serum 5-HT, VIP test results compared with the pathology group decreased significantly( P <0.05). Compared with significantly increased D- xylose test results with the pathological group(P <0.05). Intestinal mucosal 5-HT and VIP molecular pathology test results compared with the significantly lower(P <0.05). But pain Diarrhea is more obvious compared with pinaverium bromide efficacy and comprehensive.Conclusion:1. "Restraint stress + senna gavage" is an effective way IBS liver spleen Syndrome Animal Model.2.The pain of IBS Yaofang liver spleen syndrome is effective, particularly in the high-dose group(Atractylodes 15 g, white peony 15 g, dried tangerine peel 15 g, windproof 15g) more significant effect.3.Pain Diarrhea by Shugan, nourishing the liver to reduce liver depression and intestinal irritation, reduce the secretion of 5-HT, to reduce serum and intestinal mucosal 5-HT, thereby reducing the intestinal motility and secretion.4.VIP rise can be suppressed due to the 5-HT increased the lead to intestinal motility and secretion is too strong this pathological phenomenon, so VIP as a diagnosis of the disease and evaluate the efficacy of an objective indicators. |
