Observation Of Shenqiyixin Decoction With Exercise Rehabilitation’s Therapeutic Effects On Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:It combines Shenqiyixin Decoction with exercise rehabi-litation to treat the patients of qi deficiency and blood stasis,Yang deficiency water generic in chronic heart failure patients.By observing the curative effect of patients with cardiac function, exercise tolerance andTCM syndrome and their quality of life,we want to explore the effects of Shenqiyixin Decoction with exercise rehabilitation in chronic heart failure patients.Methods:Using a random Numbers table,the patients who conform the standard in the heart failure were randomly divided into three gro-ups, groupA,groupBand groupC.GroupA was given the conventional western medicine treatment.Group B were given the western medicine and Shenqi-yixin Decoction.Group C were given the western medicine,Shenqiyixin Decoction with exercise rehabilitation.lt takes 3 weeks.We observe the changs with cardiac function,exercise tolerance,TCM syndrome and the quality of life among three groups before and after treatment.We use SPSS 20.0 to statistics the data of three groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:(1)Comparison with before treatment,NT-proBNP,TCM synd-rome integra and the quality of life called scale of Minnesota among three groups of patients after treatment were domn,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between C group and B group,they were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Comparison between C group and A group,there was significant difference (P<0.05).Comparison between B group and A group,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2)Six minutes walk test among three groups of patients after treatment is better than before treatment,we use the single factor analysis of variance,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Compared bet-ween two groups,C group and B group,B group and A group,C group and A group differences, they were statistically significant (P<0.05).(3)Three groups of patients with NYHA heart funtion classifiction andTCM syndrome integral were improved,P<0.05,the difference was signif-icant.Compared between two groups,contrast between C group and B group,P>0.05,there was no significant difference.Contrast between C group and A group,contrast between B group and A group,P<0.0167,differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Shenqiyixin Decoction can improve cardiac function in chronic heart failure patients.2.Shenqiyixin Decoction can improve TCM symptoms in chronic heart failure patients.3.Shenqiyixin Decoction can improve the quality of life in chronic heart failure patients.4.Shenqiyixin Decoction with exercise rehabilitation can improve cardiac functionin、TCM symptoms, improve the quality of life,and it can especially increase exercise tolerance at the same time in chronic heart failure patients.
