Clinical Research Of Acupotomy On The Blood Stasis Type Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:Releasing the knee joint by acupotomy,curing qi stagnation and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis. Then observe its clinical curative effect and compared with acupuncture therapy. Discussing its therapeutic mechanism to find the more effective, simple and convenient treatment for the knee osteoarthritis, and improve the patient's quality of life.Methods :Selecting the clinical patients and in patients from Qianfoshan hospital belongs to Shan Dong university.Time is from May 2015 to October 2015.The western medicine diagnosis of all the patients is knee osteoarthritis and belongs to the knee osteoarthritis in TCM and Western medicine diagnosis,in the case of qi and blood stasis.After eliminating the selection of standard, a total of 72 patients.Divide the 72 patients into acupotomy group and acupuncture group, according to the principle of randomized controlled principle. Through the statistical analysis of the acupotomy group and acupuncture group they have no statistically significance in age, gender, disease course and the radio graphic grade.Therapeutic schedule: Acupotomy group with acupotomy releasing treatment, acupuncture group adopt simple acupuncture treatment. The acupotomy group treatment once every 5 days, a total of 10 days treatment; Acupuncture group of acupuncture once a day, 7 days a week, a total of 15 days for acupuncture. Evaluation indexes: the WOMAC osteoarthritis index rating scale score, the Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principles of osteoarthritis disease outcome standards. Evaluation time: Evaluate the acupotomy group and acupuncture group before treatment.Evaluating the acupotomy group 5 days after the third treatment,and Evaluate the acupuncture group 2 days after the 15 th treatment,compared the score of the own grope before and after treatment. Evaluate the clinical efficacy.Then compare the score and clinical efficacy of the two gropes. Comparing the two grope again after 1 month treatment.Results:(1) First time intra-group comparsion after treatment(1) the WOMAC score of acupotomy group and acupuncture group after treatment lower compared with before this treatment, at the same time comparison in the group P < 0.05, suggesting that the treatment of acupotomy group and acupuncture group was statistically significant, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.(2) The clinical curative effect: after treatment the acupotomy group total effective rate was 91.67%; And acupuncture group total effective rate was 83.33%.(2)The first time comparison between the group after treatment :(1)Acupotomy group set in the three WOMAC osteoarthritis index score are better than the acupuncture group, P < 0.05 illustrates acupotomy group and acupuncture group have statistical significance,acupotomy therapy effect is better than that of acupuncture group.(2)The clinical curative effect: Acupotomy group total effective rate was 91.67%, the acupuncture group total effective rate was 83.33%. P < 0.05 was statistically significant mean acupotomy group has better clinical curative effect.(3)The second time intragroup comparison after treatment :(1) Acupotomy group and acupuncture group in three WOMAC osteoarthritis index scores compared with before treatment, P < 0.05, suggesting that a month after the end of the treatment, the acupotomy group and acupuncture group of patients with clinical symptoms is still lighter than before treatment.(2) The clinical curative effect: 1 month after treatment in patients with acupotomy group, the total effective rate was 88.89%. 1 month after the acupuncture treatment group, the total effective rate was 77.78%.(4) The second time comparison between the group after treatment :(1) Acupotomy groupe set in the three WOMAC osteoarthritis index score are better than acupuncture group, P < 0.05 illustrates the therapeutic effect of acupotomy group after 1 month is still better than acupuncture group.(2)The clinical curative effect: the total effective rate was 88.89% in patients with acupotomy group. Acupuncture group total effective rate was 77.78%. P < 0.05, suggesting that 1 month after treatment and compared to acupuncture group clinical symptoms of the acupotomy group are more obvious.Conclusion: Acupotomy release in the treatment of qi and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis can obviously improve the patient's clinical symptoms of pain, stiffness, improve the patient's quality of life. And is a better therapeutic regimen.
