The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of The Modified Dihuangyinzi Of Asthenic Yin Causing Predominant Yang Type To Elderly Hypertension Patients

By observing the effect of DiHuangYinZi of senile hypertension dynamic rhythm of blood pressure, the changes of blood pressure, heart rate variability analysis,to explore the action mechanism of the flavored DiHuangYinZi.Methods:64 cases of Yin deficiency type hand hypertension (level 1, level 2) of the inpatient patients were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group (n=32). Two groups of patients were given the injection of intravenous Gegensu injection as a basis of drug therapy. The control group was given basic medication.Treatment group on the basis of the control group to the effect of DiHuangYinZi 2 times a day, each 100 ml, taken apart in the morning and evening,4weeks for a course. Observed both groups before and after treatment of dynamic blood pressure, the changes of blood pressure, heart rate variability analysis.Result:1、Ambulatory blood pressure levels:comparison between the two groups, systolic blood pressure day-and night fell significantly (P<0.05); After treatment, the treatment group compared with control group, systolic blood pressure day and night fell significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).2、Blood pressure rhythm comparison:comparison between the two groups after treatment group, the treatment group the dipper type blood pressure rhythm proportion significantly lower than the control group, (P<0.05).3、TCM symptoms integral comparison:the treatment group compared with control group after treatment between groups, individual symptoms (dizziness/headache/lumbar acid) integral comparison (P<0.05), the difference was not statistically significant.4、Heart rate variability:the treatment group before and after the treatment of heart rate variability compared (P<0.05), there is statistical significance;The treatment group compared with the other group after treatment (P<0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion:1、The effect of DiHuangYinZi joint basis of drug therapy can reduce kidney Yin deficiency senile high blood Patients with systolic blood pressure levels, reduce the pulse pressure difference.2、The effect of DiHuangYinZi based drug therapy can improve the joint Yin deficiency type hand elderly hypertension patients dipper type blood pressure rhythm3、The effect of DiHuangYinZibased drug therapy can improve joint Yin deficiency type hand elderly hypertension patients individual clinical symptoms (dizziness/headache/lumbar acid).4、The effect of DiHuangYinZi based drug treatment can make the Yin deficiency type hand joint increased heart rate variability of elderly hypertensive patients.
