Objective: The purpose of this research is to understand the present situation of scientific performance management,which has formed the pharmacy performance evaluation system framework of 3A grade of traditional Chinese medicine.It strengthens the management of pharmacy research project performance evaluation of 3A grade of traditional Chinese medicine.Which also standards assessment of scientific research project acceptance procedures and improves the special effect of traditional Chinese medicine scientific research.Object: The research describes and analyzes the pharmacy research organization and management with nine provinces in domestic seven administrative region of the colleges and universities of 3A grade of traditional Chinese medicine.Which chooses a 3A grade of traditional Chinese medicine to do a on-the-spot questionnaire survey.with the aid of working as an intern in area of henan province department of advantage.The domestic typical research performance management has carried on the comparative study with twenty-nine department heads and hospital expert interviews.Methods: This thesis depends on Mr German logicians in his book.Using the research methods are literature analysis method and the typical investigation and expert consultation method and interview method.According to the theoretical research,we summarize the advanced experience of foreign performance evaluation of scientific research work.I try to use Likert5 grade evaluation method to analogy results with SPSS seventeen statistical software.Which is adopted to improving the relevant statistical description analysis and chi-square test.Results: 1.The research find that the scientific performance management system of 3A grade of traditional Chinese medicine is not perfect.The result is the traditional pattern of scientific research project,which is lack of incentive mechanism in the management of the target.2.The research clarifys the difference between the project acceptance and the concept of performance evaluation.Which lets everybody to deeply understand the performance of management in scientific projects of 3A grade of traditional Chinese medicine.3.The research has built up the system of scientific research project performance evaluation model of 3A grade of traditional Chinese medicine.Which has explaint the main chapters and put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions of reference value The evaluation system lay a theoretical foundation and technical support for the final.Conclusion: The research finds that the performance evaluation is not fully known.Pharmacy staff of different ages,educational background,title and so on affects the understanding of performance evaluation in a certain extent.The relevant departments and hospital thinking focus is different.Through the expert discussion and comparative study,I combine with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine research and performance evaluation of existing problems,which reflects the traditional Chinese medicine scientific research and implementation of some key indicators for the evaluation of the performance management.It builds up the scientific performance evaluation model of 3A grade of traditional Chinese medicine and explains the main chapters.The research puts forward the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions,which provides the reference for traditional Chinese medicine and departments.
