The Study Of Incomplete Abortion With The Modification Of Chanfubao Decoction Clinical Research

Objective:To observe clinical curative effects of yi-qi-hua-yu on treating incomplete abortion and explore its action mechanism.we want to provide a scientific basis for guiding clinical work.Methods:63 cases were selected for the clinical research.And they were randomly assigned into two groups.The observation group(32 cases)was given Chanfubao decoction,2 times a day,every time 1 bag(200 ml),even served for 14 days;the control group(31 cases)was taken curettage and given an oral anti-infection drugs 3 days after the curettage.Observed two groups of vaginal bleeding time,discharge of intrauterine residue and blood HCG value,uterine size change,menstrual bleeding for the first time after abortion.Results:(1)After treatment,the overall effect of the two groups,observation group 25 cases were cured,6 cases were effective,1 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 96.88%;another group(the control group),22 cases were cured,6 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency of 90.32%,there was no significant difference between two groups(P> 0.05).(2)After treatment,the vaginal bleeding time of observation group was 4.22±1.70 days,and the vaginal bleeding time of control group was 3.58±1.26.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,observation group and control group can promote uterus recovery,which the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)After treatment,theβ-HCG level of observation group and control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).(5)After treatment in intrauterine residue,the cure rate of the observation group was 87.5%,the total effective rate was 96.88%;the cure rate of the control group was 83.87%,the total effective rate was 90.32%.the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(6)The Menstruation time of the observation group is shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The Menstrual period of the observation group period is longer than the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The menstrual flow of observation group is more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion :(1)The one of main pathogenesis in incompletec abortion is deficiency of Qi and Blood Stasis;(2)Chanfubao decoction can shorten the time of bleeding,promote uterus recovery and reduce β-HCG level.There is no difference from curettage.(3)Chanfubao decoction can help establish a normal menstrual cycle,and it is related to which may reduce the damage on the basal layer of the uterus.
