| ObjectiveTo inverstigate the clinical effect of modification of Tuohuajian decoction which is a traditional decoction, it was used to cure vaginal bleeding and innormally residual tissue in uterus in patients with incomplete abortion. To evaluate the impact of shortening recovery menstruation period and pelvic blood flow in and other clinical efficacy of modification of Tuohuajian decoction.To expand TCM clinical work in application of modification of Tuohuajian decoction and to provide information and evidence.MethodsFrom March 2014 to December 2014, Gynecology which is attached to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic operating room, the 44 patients had had an operation surgery in the hospital and was diagnosed incomplete abortion. The patients were in compliance with a predetermined standard rigorously screening randomly divided into two group.22 cases in the observation group and 22 cases in the control group (including two cases of loss in the control group). The observation group was conducted to have the modification of Tuohuajian decoction Treatment, one dose per day, for seven consecutive days; The control group was taken curettage and anti-infective therapy three days after the curettage. After seven days, vaginal bleeding, clinical symptoms and signs were observed after treatment, by the use of ultrasound Hitachi EUB-5500 instrument, transvaginal measurement of uterine tissue material changes in endometrial thickness. Record menstruation case basis reproductive endocrinology, the measurement of endometrial thickness and artery PI (pulsatility index), RI (RI), PSV (peak systolic velocity) parameter values of uterine and ovarian by Hitachi EUB-5500 instrument.Results1. The two groups of patients with vaginal bleeding time observation group 1.23±1.72 days in the control group,1.25±1.25 days, and by the t test, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The amount of vaginal bleeding of two groups werenot statistically significantdifferent.2. After treatment, urine pregnancy test of the difference of two group was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).3. Intrauterine residue after treatment, the changes observed were cured 14 cases, improved in 7 cases,1 patient in the control group were cured 15 cases, improved in 3 cases,2 cases, the two groups have more efficient, the difference was not statistically significance (P> 0.05).4. Menstruation groups compared to the situation observed after the first group of Menstruation Days 31.10+2.25 days in the control group,37.22±11.37 days, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).5. Menstrual cramps 2-4 days fasting morning determined endocrine basis, FSH observation group and control group were (6.41±1.95,6.29±1.63) (IU/L), LH observation group and control group were (4.68±1.98,5.20±1.80) (IU/ L), E2 observation group and control group were (144.90±52.93,191.15±45.19) (pmol/1), the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).6. Determination of menstrual clean after uterine artery PI, RI, PSV values, ovarian artery PI, RI, PSV values of the two groups uterine artery PI, RI, PSV value of the difference were not statistically significant (P<0.05). Ovarian artery PI and RI of the observation group were not statistically significant different with those of control group, while the PSV value of the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Endometrial thickness was no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion1.The modification of Tuohuajian decoction effect in shortening the time and promoting the absorption of vaginal bleeding in patients with incomplete abortion uterine tissue material or discharge areas, no significant differences with curettage surgery.2.
