Clinical Observation Of Chanhougongtai Granule Which Was Used To Treat Blood Stasis Syndrome Vaginal Bleeding After Abortion

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of Chanhougongtai Granule which was used to treat blood stasis syndrome vaginal bleeding after abortion and supply scientific evidence for the clinical usage of Chanhougongtai Granule.Methods:Selected 96 cases of out-patient diagnosis of vaginal bleeding after abortion is not a net(blood stasis) of patients,all cases of essential subjects in strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria should be screened.The above cases were randomly divided into Chanhougongtai Granule treatment group and shenghua Chongji control group,treatment group 72 cases,24 cases of the control group(one of three cases there is loss,all for the treatment group).Observation methods for randomized, double-blind double-dummy controlled,the patient to begin the first day of treatment medication,medication for 7 days for one course of treatment.Observed after one course of medication before and after treatment both groups of patients with clinical symptoms change, uterine involution changes,blood changes and security.Results: 1.The treatment of blood stasis syndrome vaginal bleeding after abortion is not the net effect of hemostasis.Chanhougongtai Granule treatment group 68.1%cure rate,markedly effective rate 21.7%,8.7%efficient,the total effective rate 98.5%. Chongji shenghua cure rate of 62.5%in control group,markedly effective rate 20.8%,12.5%efficient,the totaleffective rate 95.8%. The two groups through the statistical treatment,no significant difference,have a good hemostatic effect(P> 0.05).2.The treatment of blood stasis syndrome vaginal bleeding after abortion is not the net effect of the syndrome.Chanhougongtai Granule treatment group 65.2%cure rate,markedly effective rate 20.2%efficiency 10.15%,the total effective rate 95.6%.Chongji shenghuacure rate of 62.5%in control group,markedly effective rate 20.8%,there is the efficiency of 4.16%,the total effective rate 87.5%.The two groups through the statistical treatment, no significant difference,have a good effect(P> 0.05).3.The two groups of B-uterine pelvic three trails after treatment compared with before treatment were significantly different(P<0.05), inter-group before and after treatment compared uterine volume were not significantly different(P> 0.05),show that the two drugs in improving the uterine involution has good efficacy and no significant difference.4.Safety Analysis.Three conventional,liver and kidney function,no significant abnormal ECG changes,although pre-treatment abnormal existence of individual items,but no increase after treatment,clinical observation,the cases of adverse reactions were found,indicating that Chanhougongtai Granule treatment of blood stasis Granule vaginal bleeding after abortion is not the net safe and reliable,non-toxic side effects.Conclusion:Chanhougongtai Granule can effective treatment and blood stasis vaginal bleeding after abortion is not the net,can significantly improve the maternal lochia duration,volume,color,quality,lower abdomen pain and other related clinical symptoms,and promote uterine involution.Clinical application of safe and effective,non-toxic side effects.
