Amebic Dysentery 1 Decoction In The Treatment Of Intestinal Amebiasis (Plague Toxoid Exuberance Syndrome) Clinical Research

Objective:Through study of the clinical efficacy of amebic dysentery 1 decoction in the treatment of intestinal amebiasis (plague toxoid exuberance syndrome),and explore its mechanism of action, to provide a scientific basis for amebic dysentery 1 decoction in the clinical treatment of intestinal amebiasis (plague toxoid exuberance syndrome).Methods:Collecting during March 2014 to March 2016 period E. the anus disease hospital of zhengzhou city (Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Anorectal Diseae Hospital) confirmed by Microscope feces test examination diagnosis of intestinal amoebic disease Chinese medicine type analysis,TCM syndrome differentiation for the plague toxoid exuberance syndrome 50 cases of outpatients and hospitalized patients, divid into treatment group according to random method randomly (Chinese and western medicine treatment of amebic dysentery 1 decoction group, group A) and control group (pure western medicine treatment group, group B), each has 25 cases.The two groups have no obvious difference in gender, age, disease situation, disease course and other aspects, two groups comparability (P> 0.05). Control group:(1) take ornidazole tablets,0.5 g (2 pills) each time in the morning and evening; (2) Pulsatilla soup,1 dose daily, take 400 ml water decoction, warm drinking in the morning and evening. Treatment group:(1) take ornidazole tablets,0.5 g (2 pills) each time in the morning and evening; (2) amebic dysentery 1 decoction,1 dose daily, take 400 ml water decoction, warm drinking in the morning and evening.10 days for a period of treatment, both two groups get statistical results after consecutive two period of treatment. Observe two groups main clinical symptoms, microscopic examination of the stool parasite, colonoscopy mucosal lesions, the change of TCM syndrome, and gastrointestinal and neurological reactions before and after treatment, analyzing the statistical data using SPSS20.0 statistical software, measuring data using t test; counting data by chi-square test; P< 0.05 for statistical significance.Result:57 cases were collected, including 4 cases dropped out, three cases terminated test because of severe gastrointestinal, neurological reactions.50 cases who conform to the standards were analyzed, compared with control group, treatment group were significantly better than that of control group (P< 0.05) in comprehensive curative effect, main symptom curative effect and syndrome curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine, astrointestinal, neural response assessment in the process of treatment. Two groups both have no obvious change in blood routine test and urine routine test, electrocardiogram (ecg) and liver & kidney function security Index,etc before and after treatment, and have no serious adverse events during the treatment.Conclusions:Amebic dysentery 1 decoction has obvious curative effect in the treatment of intestinal amebiasis (plague toxoid exuberance syndrome). The mechanism of curative effect may by improved by improving the body’s resistance, killing the amoebas and reducing the virulence of worm strains, and improving the intestinal environment especially symbiotic bacteria in the intestine; eliminating inflammation and promote ulcer healing, stop bleeding、 stop diarrhea、ease pain in pathological, adjusting gastrointestinal neurosis symptom appeared in the process of treatment, making patient adherence to treatment. Compared with control group, treatment group improve the curative efficacy largely, and thus it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
