| Objective:Combined with the current severe situation of swine infectious diseases in the world,we will increase the treatment of traditional swine infectious diseases "swine dysentery" by traditional Chinese medicine, and find out the syndrome differentiation rules of TCM treatment of human dysentery through literature research, and further guide the syndrome differentiation and treatment of swine dysentery.Promote economic development. Methods: In this paper,we collected relevant literatures on the treatment of swine dysentery by modern medicine, relevant literatures on the treatment of human bacterial dysentery in modern Chinese medicine and relevant medical records for the treatment of human dysentery in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The symptoms, traditional Chinese medicine, treatment, syndrome type and other information in the case are standardized.First, standardize the literature and establish a database to count the frequency of symptoms, traditional Chinese medicine, treatment, and syndrome types;second, use frequency description methods to analyze the symptoms of dysentery and swine dysentery in different periods and the symptoms of dysentery in different periods, traditional Chinese medicine, and treatment Law;three, using correlation analysis to analyze the correlation between human dysentery symptoms and swine dysentery in different periods.Result:1.This study collected a total of 26 articles related to swine dysentery;36articles related to human dysentery in the modern period;74 articles related to human dysentery in the transition period;and 190 medical records related to human dysentery in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.2.The correlation analysis was compared with the symptoms of humans in three different periods(modern period, transition period, and Ming and Qing periods)obtained through literature search.Among them, the symptoms of human dysentery and the symptoms of swine dysentery were the most relevant during the Ming and Qing dynasties.3.In the modern period, there were 31 total symptoms of dysentery, and there were 6 common symptoms.Among them, mucous pus and bloody stools, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and tenesmus were the main symptoms, and fever and bloating were the secondary symptoms. The total number of dysentery symptoms in the transitional period is 32,and there are 5 common symptoms.Among them, mucus pus and bloody stools, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and tenesmus are the main symptoms, and fever is the secondary symptom.During the Ming and Qing dynasties, there were 59 total symptoms of dysentery, and 12 common symptoms, including mucus pus and bloody stools, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and severe acute symptoms were the main symptoms.Fever, anorexia, abdominal oleracea, bursa;follow The three types of drugs that are used more frequently after the classification of drug functions are heat-clearing drugs,tonic-deficiency drugs, and Qi-regulating drugs. There are 86 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine for human dysentery in the transitional period.Commonly used Chinese medicines are woody, phellodendron, berberine, and white peony;the three types of drugs with higher frequency of use according to the classification of drug functions are heat-clearing drugs,Qi-regulating drugs, and tonic deficiency drugs. There are 214 flavors of traditional Chinese drugs, and Qi-regulating drugs.4.The treatment of human dysentery in the modern period is mainly dividedinto 7 categories.Common treatments are heat and dampness, harmonizing qi and blood, clearing heat and detoxification, cooling blood and stopping dysentery, nourishing yin and camping, clearing intestines and dampness. The treatment of human dysentery in the transition period is mainly divided into 7 mainly divided into 9 categories. The common treatment methods are clearing away heat and dampness, reconciling qi and blood, warming the spleen and kidney, astringing and solidification, warming and dampness, reconciling qi and blood, warming and regulating qi to stop dysentery..Conclusion:1.The syndrome differentiation of swine dysentery can refer to the syndrome differentiation of human dysentery in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.2.There are no significant differences in the main symptoms of dysentery in three different periods in humans, and there are differences in secondary symptoms.3.The three types of drugs with the highest frequency of dysentery in humans in three different periods are heat-clearing drugs,tonic-deficiency drugs, and qi-regulating drugs;however, there are differences in single common drugs.4.In the three different periods of human dysentery, the treatment methods of heat and dampness, harmonizing qi and blood are the most frequently used;however, there are certain differences between the treatment methods in different periods.5.With the development of time, the proportion of damp-heat dysentery shows an upward trend, while the proportion of deficiency cold dysentery and rest dysentery shows a downward trend. |
