Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine optimized treatment plan for the treatment of the syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach in the Helicobactor pylori-associated gastritis(HpAG).Methods: According to inclusion criteria, 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group(35 cases), after 2 weeks of the treatment with Xiaopihewei Decoction, were given standard triple therapy for 14 days;the other 25 cases in the control group, were given standard triple therapy for 14 days. Observe the Hp eradication rate, clinical curative effect, syndrome curative effect and safety.Results:1.The Hp cure rate of the experimental group was 88.57%; in the control group, the cure rate was 68.00%,experimental group was better than the control group(P < 0.05). 2.Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, in the experimental group, the clinical cure rate was 14.29%, effective rate was 85.71%; in the control group, clinical cure rate of 4.00%, effective rate was 68%, experimental group was better than the control group(P < 0.01). 3. The syndrome integrals of the experimental group compared after 2 weeks were better than control group(P < 0.01),and after the overall treatment were also better than control group(P < 0.05). 4. Comparison of individual symptom scores among groups, after 2 weeks,“epigastric fullness”“yellow tongue greasy”“sticky and bitter taste in the mouth”“anorexia”and“stool sticky greasy ”of the experimental group were better than that of the control group(P < 0.05),and “stomach pain” "burning stomach" “pantothenic acid” of the control group was better than that of the experimental group(P < 0.05).After the overall treatment,“epigastric fullness”“yellow tongue greasy”“sticky and bitter taste in the mouth”“anorexia”and“stool sticky greasy ”of the experimental group were better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).5.Within group individual symptom scores compared after the end of treatment, compared with the previous experimental group have changed significantly(P < 0.05);control group had no significant difference(P > 0.05) in "epigastric fullness" "sticky and bitter taste in the mouth" "anorexia" than before treatment and the other had significant difference(P < 0.05).6.Security, the experimental group had no adverse reaction in the control group, there were 3 patients with mild adverse reactions, the probability was 12%, and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1. The eradication rate of Hp、remission rate and safety of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine optimized treatment plan were superior to triple therapy.2. Optimization treatment scheme and triple therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients with Hp associated gastritis of spleen stomach damp heat syndrome in combination with traditional Chinese and Western medicine, but traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with optimization of treatment curative effect is obviously superior to simple standard triple therapy, and in the "bloating, sticky and bitter taste in the mouth, loss of appetite, stool sticky" and improvement of tongue is better than triple therapy.3. To eliminate swelling of the liver and Stomach Decoction can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of Hp associated gastritis of spleen stomach damp heat syndrome; simple standard triple therapy can significantly alleviate the Hp associated gastritis of spleen stomach damp heat syndrome of "stomach pain, epigastric burning, pantothenic acid", but "bloating, sticky and bitter taste in the mouth, loss of appetite, stool sticky" and the picture of the tongue for no obvious effect.4. Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine optimization treatment is more secure than simple standard triple therapy.
