| Objective:To study the theory and clinical value of warming spleen and kidney, resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke, so as to provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of spastic hemiplegia.Method:Select 60 cases of spleen and kidney yang deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of spastic hemiplegia after stroke, randomly divided into observation group 30 cases, 30 cases in the control group.There were no significant differences in gender, age, history of disease, degree of convulsion and activity of daily living between the two groups. The two groups were given routine western medicine treatment.The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine Zhenwu decoction combined with routine treatment; control group only received routine treatment were observed treatment of January, after 2 months of TCM syndrome, spasticity, daily life ability and the effects of a stroke.Results : In the whole process of the experiment, all patients have good compliance, can actively assist the completion of the experimental study. Finally, the experimental results show that the observation group of patients in the TCM syndrome, the degree of spasm, stroke disease curative effect score and daily life ability score and other aspects are better than the control group.Conclusion:The research results show that Zhenwu Decoction on the treatment of spleen kidney yang deficiency, phlegm stasis collaterals after stroke spastic hemiplegia clinical curative effect significantly, can significantly promote the recovery of patients with hemiplegic limbs, reduce suffering from side of the muscular tension, improve the living ability of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, therefore the use of warming spleen and kidney, Huatan Tongluo treatment of spastic hemiplegia can be popularized and applied in clinical. |
