Analysis Incidence And Tongue Picture Of Obesity Or Overweight Among Primary-middle School Students In Ji'nan

Objective:Through study the data of obesity-overweight primary and secondary school students in Ji'nan area from 6 to 15 years old,which analyze the incidence trend of obesity-overweight;In clinical research,109 cases of obesity-overweight children as the research object,through the analysis of the height,weight,BMI of obesity-overweight children and study features of tongue,which provide a reference basis for clinical differentiation of treatment.Method:According the survey data of children's constitutional health in Ji'nan area to analysis rule of obese-overweight in age,gender,and urban-rural areas distribution.109 cases of obesity-overweight children with tongue pictures were used by DS01~B type tongue diagnosis test information acquisition system analysis.It concluded that the rules of obese-overweight children features and inner tongue features.Results:obesity-overweight of Ji'nan city in age,gender,and urban-rural areas differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).the overall rate of obesity was 17.65% and overweight was 15.86%,and combined detection rate was 33.51%.The highest rate of overweight-obesity was 36.9% at the age of 11.the overweight/obesity rate of boys were 21.5% and 18.26% respectively,the girls were 13.4% and 13.21%.city were 18.42% and 16.13%,rural were 15.02% and 14.95%.clinical cases analysis BMI with tongue,coating(tongue,s fat or thin,the thickness of tongue coating)and age,the degree thickness of coating quality with rot greasy degree,tongue fat levels with tooth marked tongue,tongue color with prick tongue respectively has relevance with each other(P<0.05).Conclusion: Data analysis of 2014,Ji'nan city,in urban and rural's overweight and obesity total detection rate was 33.51%,after 12 years old obesity rate decreased gradually,the highest rate of overweight at the age of 12;but the highest rate of obese-overweight was 36.9% at the age 11.urban obesity-overweight rate was higher than rural at the same age and the boys was also higher than girls; clinical analysis results were the obese-overweight boys more than girls and age focus on 10~11 years old.It also confirmed correlation between the tongue and the tongue inside BMI.
