Results: the obtained data were analyzed using statistical software SPSS17.0, the totalefficiency was significantly higher,93.3%in the treatment group, the control group was80.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); after treatment symptom scoresand Toronto scores were lower than before treatment (P <0.01), the treatment group werelower than those in the control group (P <0.05); Was statistically significant before and aftertreatment, motor nerve conduction velocity of the peroneal nerve (MNCV), sural nervesensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) and treatment (P <0.01), in the control group aftertreatment peroneal nerve MNCV, SNCV sural nerve conduction velocity and beforetreatment was statistically significant,(P <0.01), the treatment group peroneal nerve MNCV,sural nerve SNCV with the control group was statistically significant (P <0.05). In thisexperiment, the drug has not been found in patients with right back fumigation andacupuncture have adverse reactions, blood and liver and kidney function and other safetyindicators were within normal range.Conclusion: whether or itself before and after comparison, the control group syndromes,clinical signs, nerve conduction velocity differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Analysis of the reasons could be back by acupuncture combined drug fumigation conditioningspleen, dredge the meridians, improve patient immunity, improve microcirculation, repairdamaged nerves, improve damaged nerve conduction velocity, thereby improving the clinicalsymptoms.
