Clinical Study Of Jiaotai Cataplasm Acupoint Application On Essential Hypertension In The Aged With Treating From Regulating Kidney

Objective:This sdudy is to observe the effect of Jiaotai cataplasm acupoint application on essential hypertension in the aged with treating from regulating kidneyMethod:This study proceed by setting up case-contral gropes.The controls, including 30 cases, using conventional oral blood pressure medications; the intervention patients,including 30 cases, using conventional oral blood pressure medications as well as Jiaotai cataplasm acupoint application.Both of them were given activities of health education of hypertension.After one- weak`s intervetion and two-weak`s intervention,compare the fitures of blood presure between two gropes; After two-weak`s intervention,compare the fitures of blood presure between two gropes and improvements of effect of TCM symdrome of the controls with that of the intervention patients.Result:After one- weak`s intervention,compared with the fitures of blood presure before the intervention,systolic blood pressure(SBP)of the controls decreased not obviously(P>0.05),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) of the controls decreased not obviously(P>0.05).Compared with the fitures of blood presure before the intervention,systolic blood pressure(SBP) of the intervention patients decreased not obviously(P>0.05),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) of the intervention patients decreased not obviously(P>0.05). After two- weak`s intervention,compared with the fitures of blood presure before the intervention,systolic blood pressure(SBP)of the controls decreased not obviously(P>0.05),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) of the controls decreased not obviously(P>0.05).Compared with the fitures of blood presure before the intervention,systolic blood pressure(SBP) of the intervention patients decreased not obviously(P>0.05),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) of the intervention patients decreased not obviously(P>0.05),improvements of effect of TCM symdrome of the intervention patients is obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cataplasm acupoint application is very effective for essential hypertension in the aged with treating from regulating kidney,for it is economical, safe, convenient, good obedience, and so on.Andit it has antihypertensive effects and can regulat the stability of blood pressure to some extent.Also it is effective for TCM symdrome improvements,and easy for popularizing.
