Clinical Research Of The Treatment Of Yinxuyangkang Type Stage 2 Hypertension With Ziyin Qianyang Anshen Recipe

Objective: Through the observation of Ziyin Qianyang Anshen Recipe clinical curative effect of the treatment of grade 2 hypertension(Yinxuyangkang type), and to explore the Ziyin Qianyang Anshen Decoction on the mechanism of the disease, and to evaluate its efficacy and safety.Methods:In clinical research, will meet the inclusion criteria of patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each of 30 cases, there was no significant difference in the general situation of two groups of patients. The two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group was given based on traditional Chinese medicine of Ziyin Qianyang Anshen Decoction. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results: Ziyin Qianyang Anshen Recipe, calming method can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, and in patients with hypertension(P < 0.01). The blood pressure lowering effects of the two groups no significant difference(P > 0.05), compared before and after treatment of blood routine, stool routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function, no obvious abnormality, did not find adverse reactions.Conclusion:Ziyin Qianyang Anshen Recipe, calming method can significantly improve the hyperactivity of Yinxuyangkang type hypertension patients with clinical symptoms and lower blood pressure, and it can improve the patient's blood rheology and blood lipid, fasting blood glucose level.
