The Clinical Study On Du-Moxibustion In The Improvement Of Postpartum Rheumatism

Objective:By observing the effect of Du- moxibustion and oral medicine on postpartum rheumatism,to confirm the validity of postpartum rheumatism of du-moxibustion.So as to guide clinical application.Method:To select 60 people with postpartum rheumatism and divide randomly into du-moxibustion group and Chinese patent drug group,each has 30 cases.The patients in du-moxibustion group were treated with du-moxibustion therapy,treatment 1 times every 10 days,every course need 3 times,and the patients in Chinese patent drug group were taking Chinese patent drug, every course need one month.After 2 courses,observe and record the scores of symptoms of postpartum rheumatism patients before and after two therapies.Then evaluate two therapies on improving situation of symptoms of postpartum rheumatism patients.Results:Compared scores of every group before and after treatment,Every group had a greatly significant difference(P<0.01). Compared scores of two groups after treatment,th-ere was a greatly significant difference(P<0.01).Compared scores of two groups about ev-ery cardinal symptom after treatment, every group had a significant difference(P<0.05). The total effective rate of du- moxibustion group is 96.67%,and the Chinese patent drug gr-oup is 82.76%, Compared the curative effect of two groups there was a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: Du-moxibustion and Chinese patent drug can obviously improve the symptoms of people with postpartum rheumatism,but du-moxibustion is better than Chinese patent drug.
