A Randomized Controlled Study On The Effect Of Moxibustion On Postpartum Somatodynia By Sepaconite

Objective through randomized controlled studies,to observe every shop of lateral moxibustion group and acupuncture with TDP lamp to the pain of visual simulation test table(VAS),primary symptom symptom score standard table and disease symptom score standard table before and after the change,used to evaluate every shop of lateral treated pantalgia after childbirth moxibustion clinical curative effect,and observe the safety of therapy and the patient's compliance.Methods 76 patients with postpartum physical pain who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the fuzi separation moxibustion group and the acupuncture group with TDP lamp irradiation group.For the treatment of postpartum body pain,the preparation of aconite powder and the mixture of ginger mud were spread in the dorsum of the dorsum of the dorsum and the first lateral line of the transvesical route of the foot sun for one and a half hours,once a week,four times a course of treatment.In combination with TDP light irradiation group,acupuncture was performed at the main point of backshu and TDP light,and local acupoints were used to treat postpartum body pain,once for 30 minutes,once every other day,4 weeks as a course of treatment.Visual analogue scores(VAS),clinical primary and secondary symptom scores were compared before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy was evaluated.Treatment safety and patient compliance were recorded and analyzed.Results(1)comparison of general data:there was no significant statistical difference in age,delivery mode and course of disease between the two groups(P>.05),indicating comparability.(2)intra-group comparison:VAS score after treatment and before treatment in the treatment group were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total score of symptoms,the score of primary symptoms and the score of secondary symptoms all decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).VAS score after acupuncture combined with TDP light irradiation group was compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total symptom score,primary symptom score and secondary symptom score were all decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)inter-group comparison:compared with acupuncture combined with TDP lamp irradiation group,the difference in total effective rate was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with acupuncture with TDP lamp group,lie between monkshood moxibustion group of VAS score after treatment,two groups of symptoms total score,primary symptom disease symptom score improvement symptom score,time,statistically significant difference(P<0.01),especially in the physical pain,body weight and languid,headache,dizziness symptoms improved obviously,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(4)after treatment in this study,the statistical treatment safety coefficient was 78.94%,and the number of patients shedding was 12,accounting for 15.79%of the total number.Conclusion(1)the treatment of removing aconite by moxibustion and acupuncture combined with TDP light irradiation can cure postpartum body pain,and the treatment effect of removing aconite by moxibustion group is better than that of acupuncture combined with TDP light irradiation group.(2)spreading moxibustion with aconite can reduce the symptoms of postpartum body pain,especially in the improvement of limb pain,limb weight,fatigue,headache and dizziness symptoms are obvious.(3)spread moxibustion with aconite septum has a high safety in treatment,and the patient compliance is good.
