The Research Of Effect Of Fufang Tangyisheng On Type 2 Diabetic And Ki67/INS In Islet ? Cells Of Mouse

Objective:To observe the effect of FufangTangyisheng on the clinical effects of type2 diabetic patients, in addition, to observer the effect of Tangyisheng Type 2 on the mouse of type 2 diabetic for Ki67/INS in islet ?cells.Methods:To observe the effect of FufangTangyisheng on 60 cases of type 2 diabetic patients for their index of blood fat, fasting blood-glucose(FPG), fasting insulin(FINS),glycosylated hemoglobin(HBA1C), insulin resistance(IR) and body mass index(BMI) and so on; for the animal experiments, inject Streptozotocin(STZ) to the Wistar mouse who were feed by high fat and high sucrose diet(HFSD) to establish model of T2 DM, and then observe the effect of Tangyisheng Type 2 on the index of fasting blood-glucose(FPG),Glucagon-like Peptide-1(GLP-1), fasting insulin(FINS) and body mass, detect FINS by method of Euzymelinked Immunosorbent Assay, observe the proliferation and apoptosis of islet? cells through Ki67/INS.Results: This research displays the FufangTangyisheng Granuleand Metformin can significantly reduce the index of blood sugar, blood fat, body mass index, and insulin resistance of type medium and heavy duty 2 diabetic patients, as well as, for the mouse of type T2 DM diabetic, Tangyisheng Type 2 can restrain their level of FPG, improve their FINS and their weight, compared with reference group of Wistar, it has significant difference(P<0.01). Observe the islet ? cells in transmission electron microscope, their islet ? cells counts, rule degrees,cytoplasmic rich is better than model group, especially the group of Tangyisheng Type 2 high dose group, is close to the normal group.Conclusion:1. The FufangTangyisheng Granuleand Metformin have effect on typemedium and heavy duty 2 diabetic significantly. 2. The Tangyisheng Type 2 Granuleand Metformin have significantly regulating effect on the mouse of T2 DM Wistar for their index of FINS, FBG, as well as, it can improve the weight and reduce damage on the islet? cells that was caused by streptozotocin and high sugar and high fat, so it can protect the islet ?cells. 3. Tangyisheng Type 2 hign dose group is better than Metformin for treatment of protecting and repairing islet ?cells of T2 DM mouse.
