To Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of Tuolixiaodusan Combined With Esomeprazole In The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Peptic Ulcer

Objective:By tuolixiaodusan combined clinical and experimental research of Esso Esomeprazole in the treatment of digestive ulcer of deficiency of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were observed the clinical efficacy, initially from the theory are discussed in the paper tuolixiaodusan mechanism of decoction for the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type peptic ulcer powder.Methods:The patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The two groups of patients with gender, age, duration of disease, ulcer, Helicobacter pylori infection, the symptoms before treatment, after statistical correlation test, no significant difference between the two groups,the data are comparable. Cases in treatment group were treated with tuolixiaodusan,esomeprazole combined with drug treatment. The control group single treatment with esomeprazole and compared before and after treatment, the clinical symptom improvement.Results:1.There were no age, sex, duration of disease, the difference of Helicobacter pylori infection, and the comparability between the 60 patients in the group.2.Clinical comparison: the patients of treatment group 30 cases, 10 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 93.3%; control group 30 patients, 11 cases were cured, markedly effective in9 cases, effective in 7 cases, 3 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency of 90%. After rank sum test, there was no significant difference between the two groups in endoscopic effect.3.Symptom improvement: the patients of treatment group 30 cases, 15 cases were cured, 8 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 93.33%; 30 cases of the control group patients, 6 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, effective in 7 cases, 7 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency of 76.67%. By rank sum test, the treatment group of TCM clinical symptoms remissionimprovement rate is better than the control group, the treatment group than the control group, the efficacy of symptoms than the control group.4.Clinical symptoms and integral improvement: (1)the two groups before treatment the symptoms indicators by t test, p values were greater than 0.05, shows that there was no difference in the two groups before treatment in patients with clinical symptoms,comparable; (2)two groups after treatment the symptoms indicators by t test, p values were less than 0.05, shows that after treatment the symptoms of the two groups have improved; (3) rendered morbidly self-contemplative by t test, the treatment group in the diagnosis and the diagnosis bilges full, loose stool pond, fatigue strength, o god, curative effect is better than that in control group(p< 0.05), especially in improving the diagnosis in patients with dull pain, anorexia, god fatigue symptom curative effect is significant(p<0.01);two groups in terms of improving acid reflux, heartburn symptoms in patients with no significant difference(p> 0.05), can be thought of as the curative effect of two groups.5.Observe safety index: Safety index: the two groups in the treatment process were not abnormal changes, no significant adverse reactions were found.Conclusion:Tuolixiaodusan and Esso Esomeprazole in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of peptic ulcer in the total effective rate was 93.33%, and can improve the patients clinical symptoms. The simple use of Esomeprazole in treatment of peptic ulcer and the total effective rate was 76.67% in patients with clinical symptoms improved significantly.Think tuolixiaodusan and esomeprazole can improve clinical symptoms,promote ulcer healing, safe and effective.
