The Clinical Observation Of Yuchangjianpi Particles On Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Spleen Deficiency And Dampness)

Purpose:To observe the clinical therapeutic effects and safety of Yuchangjianpi particles on patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS)due to spleen deficiency and dampness,and then to provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome.Method :We collected 60 cases defined Irritable Bowel Syndrome due to spleen deficiency and dampness.Then 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group with30 cases cured by Yuchangjianpi particles and control group with 30 cases treated with Shenlingbaizhu pills.The Treatment cycle is four weeks.After the treatment,we evaluate efficacy and safety based on detailed records of symptoms and signs between treatment group and control group before and after medication.Result:1.The treatment group total effective rate was higher than the control group,tre-atment group total effective rate was 90% while 76.7% in the control group.Two groups of curative effect has a statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).2.The treatment group and control group integral before and after the treatment are significantly different(P < 0.05).Tt shows that the treatment group and the control effect all were better.The total integral of symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment compared differently(P < 0.01).The curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group.3.From a single symptom treatment effect,the symptoms including bloating after eating?anorexia and poor appetite?borborygmus and mucous stool of the treatment group was better than that in control group(P < 0.01),and other areas have no obvious difference(P >0.05).The result show that the overall treatment effects of treatment group was better than control group.4.Two groups all have better security,there were no obvious difference.Conclusion:Yuchangjianpi particles in treatment of IBS(spleen deficiency and dampness)has good clinical curative effect.The efficacy was reliable and stable.There was no any side-effect during the treatment,and has a good security.
