Lateral Puncture And Thunder-fire Moxibustion Treatment Of Humerus Condyle Inflammation With Clinical Studies

Purpose: To observe the clinical medical medical effct on this topic by the combination treatment of Lateral puncture and Thunder-Fire moxibustion to Lateral epicondylitis,to discuss the internal mechanism of condyle infection the combination treatment of Lateral puncture and Thunder-Fire moxibustion to Lateral epicondylitis,to provide clinical research methods and data.Method: This 60 observation cases in this optic,the patients in the doctor's order are divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The treatment group in the combination treatment of Lateral puncture and Thunder-Fire moxibustion,the control group in the common acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion therapy.The clinical indicators are determined by active ability of daily life(ADL),visual analog pain VAS score scale(see table),painless grip strength test.All of the patients respectively are measured by these tests before treatment and after treatment.Result: The treatment and control group use independent sample t test,the treatment group total 90.00% in the control group,the total efficiency of 76.66%.t =-2.347,P= 0.022 < 0.05,VAS score show obvious difference before treatment and after treatment,the treatment group is better than the control group.PFGS score in both groups(P < 0.01),significant difference,the treatment group is better than the control group.ADL score show after the first treatment,the treatment group compared with control group has significant difference(P <0.05).After all the treatment,the treatment group and control group in significant difference(P < 0.05)shows that the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion: The combination treatment of Lateral puncture and thunder fire moxibustion to Lateral epicondylitis is effective;the curative effect of the combination treatment of Lateral puncture and Thunder Fire moxibustion is better than the common acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion therapy.
