The Clinical Observation Of Dachaihu Decoction Jiawei In The Treatment Of Chronic Cholecystitis (Real Heat Syndrome Of Liver And Gallbladder)

Purpose: This subject is the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions of Dachaihu Decoction Jiawei Treatment of chronic cholecystitis(real heat syndrome of liver and gallbladder)clinical study.Through this study want to evaluation of Dachaihu Decoction Jiawei Treatment of chronic cholecystitis(real heat syndrome of liver and gallbladder)of the pharmacological activity and therapeutic efficacy,thereby also further explore mechanisms and therapeutic effects of prescription of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,reflect ancient Chinese medical science and advantage,to Chinese medicine pharmacological research and development is to promote and reference.Method: Patients in this study were derived from the liver,gallbladder,spleen and stomach department of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine clinic,and in accordance with the inclusion criteria,60 cases of chronic cholecystitis(real heat syndrome of liver and gallbladder)as the research object,using the randomized grouping method.Of all the patients do the reasonable packet processing,respectively 30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.Treatment group given Dachaihu Decoction of Chinese medicine decoction,the control group was given Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.of Dankang tablets(country medicine accurate word Z44022447).To medicine,the treatment group and the control group were after 4 weeks of continuous administration,this period for patients with all the symptoms do strict scientific records,including the changes of patients,conventional physiological parameters and related diseases of changes of symptoms and abdominal ultrasound,finally adopts the statistical method to carry on the analysis of the results,the conclusion is given.Results: After reasonable design,60 subjects were selected and divided into two groups: treatment group and control group.The experiment was carried out in two groups.Finally,the treatment group of 30 cases of all patients were effective,the total effective rate was 100%,and 14 patients showed significant improvement in the symptoms,the control group of 30 cases were effective in 25 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,the total effective rate was 83.3%.The improvement of main clinical symptoms,the total score of the treatment group before treatment was 12.68±1.47,after treatment was 4.08.±0.99;while the control group before and after treatment,the two parameters were 12.96±1.65 and 7.98±1.45.And comprehensive analysis of treatment efficiency,symptom score and the other measured parameters,analysis method is evaluated by a statistically significant difference that the treatment group a indexes and control group were significantly(P < 0.05)compared and statistically significant.Thus,the Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of this disease curative effect is better than that of Dankang tablets.Conclusion: Dachaihu Decoction Jiawei Treatment of chronic cholecystitis(real heat syndrome of liver and gallbladder),can significantly relieve the symptoms.
