Chronic Cholecystitis is a commonly and frequently-occurring disease in the clinic. with lingering illness, recurrent features, and the exacerbation and remission alternating. In this paper, theoretical and clinical basis of the study is to investigate the therapeutic effects of Da Chaihu decoction in Chronic Cholecystitis with real-heat syndrome and acute exacerbation of liver and gallbladder.In the theoretical research, on the basis of the theroy of Throditional Chinese Medical and modern family physicians, we consider it as a common clinical disease and, which "touches", "hot", "wet"," calculus" was the main pathological factors, Shaoyang Cardinal unfavorable gall bowel Yu heat, damp heat Intrinsic evil is the main pathogenesis of its formation, treatment with Shugan Lidan, Tongfu diarrhea fever, and stomach Jiangni mainly to benefit liver and gallbladder damp heat, liver and gallbladder of sparse pent-up emotion, Tung gall internal organs of the Yuzhi.In clinical research,60 cases with real-heat syndrome of liver and gallbladder used the treatment of western medicine. The combined with Da Chaihu decoction, the control group did not. The main observation:the clinic manifestations signs of scoring changes, and white blood cell count, neutrophils, AST, ALT, abdominal B-change; The results showed that:the therapeutic group apparently effective in 19 cases, effective in 11 cases, ineffective in 1 case, the total effective rate was 96.78%; the control group, apparently effectivell, effective 16 and ineffective in 2 patients, the total effective rate was 93.10%, overall efficacy between the two groups showed no significant difference. In the abdominal B, WBC, N, AST, ALT, etc. between the two groups showed no significant difference. The Youxie pain,shoulder pain cited, dry mouth, mouth pain, nausea, vomiting, right upper quadrant tenderness, etc. In the therapeutic group showed significant difference, but in torpid ntake bloating, eating greasythick mounting on gastrointestinal symptoms, as well as the tongue to improve the pulse and so on are better than the control group. During the study, there was no any side effect appeared in the therapeutic group. Therefore, it suggested that the therapeutic group was effective and safety, it was used commonly in the clinic.
